Delivery Policy

Hand Delivery: We proudly deliver to all of Franklin County/Greater Columbus area, plus Powell, Lewis Center and Galloway. Your floral gift is hand delivered by a trained delivery extraodinaire during business hours. If the recipient is not home we will attempt to leave the gift with a neighbor first, or, weather permitting, leave at the residence. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time; however, we will do everything possible to accommodate your request. Please note we are not a member of a national service for delivery and therefore we only accept orders for our delivery area. Delivery is $10 (subject to change).

Same Day Delivery: We guarantee same day delivery when your order is placed by 3pm Eastern time Monday through Friday. After 1pm your arrangement will be delivered the next business day.

Substitutions: Sometimes a certain flower or color is not available. We will substitute the flower/color with a comparable one that fits the style of the arrangement best.
